Hi, I’m Nathan.
An architectural designer based in Merstham, working on homes across Reigate and Banstead.
I studied architecture at Cardiff University and hold RIBA Part 1. I’ve spent over three years in practice working on residential projects, and set up Barreto Architectural Studio to give local homeowners a straightforward, personal service.
You deal with me from the first visit to the day your builder starts. I keep fees fixed and explain the planning rules in plain English.
I work under the RIBA Domestic Professional Services Contract.
